Delete your account
This page is for PaletteTap (by Nanjing NengJiang Technology Co., Ltd.) users who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your PaletteTap account and all associated data, please email us at skyquiz.ssf@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 days.

Steps to request account deletion
- Open your email app and compose a new message to skyquiz.ssf@gmail.com.
- Set the subject line to "Account Deletion Request".
- Send the email from the address linked to your PaletteTap account, or include your registered email address in the message body.
- We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.
What data will be deleted
After we verify your request, we delete your account profile (email, nickname, avatar), sign-in identifiers, subscription status linked to your account, and server-side content associated with your account (such as synced color-book entries, if any). Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
Data we may retain
We may retain minimal records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example fraud prevention, security logs, or tax and billing obligations). Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
